Located on the first floor at 76 Willis street, Ti Kouka serves food to die for in the heart of Wellington CBD.
Opened in November 2010 by brothers Jesse Simpson and Shepherd Elliott, Ti Kouka’s philosophy is to use local, sustainable and organic produce when ever possible. They believe passionately that seasonal is best so are always on the lookout for new local growers and farmers to trade with.
Jesse runs the front of house and makes the amazing coffees, while Shep is the talented head chef who brings a wealth of experience to produce the amazing food. They also operate the Leeds Street Bakery bringing great coffee and all of the tasty treats also sold at Ti Kouka Cafe.
